Maria Paoli, Founder and Managing director of Evolving Success, has spent the past 17 years within the Hospitality and Airline Industries, where she has been involved in facilitating client service training programs, communication and team building workshops.

As a fully qualified teacher & trainer, she established Evolving Success in 2003, to cater to the training requirements of all service industries, specialising in Communication, Customer Service and all Hospitality Food & Beverage Units.

Maria's love affair with coffee began as an infant, when her grandad would flavour her milk with a little espresso. Her great grandmother would roast her own blends and then grind the beans freshly every day. “Coffee was just a part of life,” Maria claims.

As an Accredited National Barista & Barista Judge, Coffee Trainer, Coffee Reviewer & Creator of the “The Historical Coffee Trek,” She is an Advocate of Australian Roasted Coffee. She has dedicated her services to developing training programs, to enhance the espresso making skills and knowledge of the hospitality & coffee industries.

Maria has donated a great deal of her time to assist many n the industry and has been actively involved in writing reviews and promoting Melbourne’s Café Industry.

Coffee Making Courses

Evolving Success runs a Coffee Appreciation Sessions, where you, as the consumer, café operator or coffee maker, can participate. This is your opportunity to take charge of the espresso machine, learn how to cup and identify flavours in coffee.

In affiliation with a National RTO, we currently run special workshops for trainees, completing; Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee, THHBFB12A.All training can be facilitated in your workplace.

Other courses offered are onsite training for RSA, Food Hygiene and Hospitality Traineeships.
